Jill graduated from ICT Northumberland College, Halifax in 2004. She has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 19 years and has been practicing for 14 of those years in the Kennebecasis Valley. Jill started her career with a focus in sports massage and over the years has spent time working with athletes of all caliber. Her focus has shifted throughout her career to include a holistic approach involving the mind/body connection.
Jill believes that everyone can benefit from receiving treatment for general wellness, pain relief or to restore tissue health. She is a huge advocate for self-care and believes that the best version of self involves honouring what our mind and body need. In 2014 Jill decided to broaden her skill set and enrolled in the acupuncture diploma program at the College of Acupuncture & Therapeutics. Incorporating acupuncture into her practice has been a game-changer adding another element to her approach. Jill is always eager to discuss acupuncture and how it may benefit your whole self.
Jill is passionate about treatments that focus on mental wellness, promoting calmness of the mind and easing symptoms of anxiety, depression and PTSD. She has a special interest in working with addictions and has additional training with the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (acudetox.com). Jill has also facilitated group acupuncture sessions in the community, to make treatment more accessible.
When Jill isn’t at the clinic you can likely find her on the trails with her 2 daughters or hunting for sea glass at their favourite local beach. She loves music, coffee & her pets Luca & Ollie!

Natasha McGregor
(They/She)
Hi! My name is Natasha. I have been a Physiotherapist for 11 years since graduating from Dalhousie University with a Masters in Physiotherapy in 2014. Prior to my Masters, I did my Bachelor of Science Degree with a Minor in Health Sciences at St. Francis Xavier University where I graduated from in 2009. I have taken continuing education courses in chronic pain, nerve injuries and mobility, thoracic pain, concussions, upper extremity conditions, the GLAAD osteoarthritis course, acupuncture, reiki and mindfulness courses.
I will be focusing on hands-on time with manual therapy techniques, assisting in stretching/mobility and providing one-on-one guidance while performing your exercises for the best chance of success. I will offer massage and cupping as needed but will refer to my colleagues frequently so you can get the best treatment in that aspect too! It leaves more time for me to do movement related treatment as well! I offer heat/ice, ++education and provide acupuncture as inflammation control and symptom management.
I do not offer ultrasound or IFC treatments. While they may provide temporary relief, I believe that they can sometimes create a false sense of improvement, making it easier to skip the exercises and habits that lead to lasting change. My goal is to help you learn how to manage your symptoms independently and gain a deeper understanding of your body. Together, we’ll focus on strategies that empower you to take control of your recovery and long-term health.
I am now in a place where I want to combine my physiotherapy knowledge with some of my personal growth based knowledge of mindfulness, intention, communication and nervous system regulation! I intend to take on this task by honouring my own energetic capacity and curating a pace and schedule that works for me and allows me to show up at my best as much as possible for my clients!
I hope that by offering longer one-on-one session times, you as the client will also get more out of the intentionality that I am putting behind my practice through the quality of treatment you get!!
FUN: Facts: I love nature and am a huge advocate for the environment and for using nature to improve wellbeing. I don’t play sports but I do love hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, paddle-boarding and am recently getting back into fitness classes which keep my neurodiverse brain stimulated enough to keep wanting to go. I love to read, mostly books I can learn from but I do enjoy books with fantasy and some sort of magic or powers. I am currently really interested in metaphysics, spirituality and other witchy things ;) I love cats, board games, coffee, craft beer and as a Queer person I am a fierce advocate for the LGBTQ+ community!
